Returns & Refunds

Thank you for your purchase.  All orders will be shipped out within 1-5 days of purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 21 days of the purchase date. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@rhapsodywraps.com

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We are not responsible for the item if we do not receive the package.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return and send an email to notify you that we are issuing a refund. Please allow at least 10 business days for your refund to appear on the original form of payment used for purchase.

 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
